Had ac and towels available good showers a coffee shop on site, staff on reception helpful, comfy beds. Bottle of water in the room was a nice touch! Close to the bank and supermarkets.

Nice place and amenities at a better price than expected for all you, roof bar and restaurant, pool is a nice touch to this economy room

We enjoyed this hotel! + Pool area is great and daytime there are very few people + Breakfast, quite cheap restaurant a'la carte and drinks + Service was 90% friendly and helpful, especially the guys in the restaurant + Good and quiet location: feels safe, markets around the corner and great street food close by + Clean - As others have mentioned rooms are quite small and basic. We did many day trips so it was okay, but we really missed fridge to keep water cold - Some issues in the room; very noisy air conditioner, hot water stopped coming one day etc. However, everything was fixed by staff as soon as we mentioned these issues so good service

Phenomenal hotel. Stayed there for three days with my girlfriend back in June. Clean rooms, quality wifi, friendly staff, and an amazing rooftop—with a restaurant, bar, patio seating, two pools, and beautiful mural art! The bartender/waiter Oscar was notably attentive and friendly. There was another bartender on one day. Her name escapes me, but she's originally from Argentina and was also awesome. The food was excellent and reasonably priced. They seem to have a real chef on staff who serves up delicious house-made jams and sauces for the different meals. The place is a bit of a walk from the beach and downtown Playa del Carmen, but it's honestly worth it. For the price, it's an incredible stay!

Great hotel in a quiet street. The most value for money I had. The room is big and very clean. The shower is the best I had in Mexico. There is a tv in the room with so many channels, even Netflix. The a/c worked perfectly and there is a fan too. The rooftop is beautiful with a small pool, restaurant and a bar. The staff are nice and willing to help. And very honest too - I extend my stay, but didn't noticed that the new price was higher than my first two nights. The guy in the resection noticed that and told me to cancell my reservation and than he charged me in the lower price. He didn't have to do that, of coure, so i really apriciated him. The only disadvantage - the smell in the room. But I smell it only when I entered the room..

This hotel is located about a 20 min walking radius from everywhere I wanted to go to in PDC. It was just a few minutes from 5th Avenue which was great for night clubs, minutes from grocery stores and their best restaurant (El Fogon) where I ate daily and if you're a meat eater (I think the have vegetarian options but not 100% sure), you ought to try as well. There are banks and transportation nearby, even excursions do nearby pickups. The hotel itself has a lovely rooftop, rooftop bar, pools, and a kitchen with okay food. The staff are super lovely. Everyone was very kind and welcoming and very attentive. The rooms were okay, they feel a little dated but are comfortable enough. I shared a room with a friend and I wish there were more hangers and hooks to hang our clothes. Our sink would leak and water would spill onto the floor, we had to keep a towel by the sink and on the floor at all times. Otherwise, the rooms were cleaned well, daily. My only real gripe about this place is the lack of drinking water. This should be a must at every accomodation.

Clean rooms with great A/C. Rooftop pool with a little bar/restaurant. They do a great job refreshing and cleaning the room everyday. The location is ideal. Away from the loud tourist trap yet close to some great restaurants.

I honestly loved this hotel found it online and we booked a room over phone call no deposit. We were on the second floor on the edge of the hotel and the room 1 bed was basic small hotel room. It had cold ass AC which was awesome. The restaurant food was bomb we would eat breakfast all the time lol and they have 2 tiny pools on the roof top. It was like cute and aesthetic hotel but pretty modern and thank goodness for the elevador ↔ and nobody came into our room to clean because we just never do that. (we put a secret camera )
